Why we built it

Field software fails for one reason.

    Site staff will not use a new app

    Every field product fails the same way. It asks a foreman to learn an app, log in, and fill a form on a dusty phone. He does it for a week. Job Tracking asks him to reply to a message.

    The office finds out late

    Work finished on Tuesday is invoiced the following month because nobody told the office. That is cash sitting on a site, unbilled.

    Photos are evidence, and they are lost

    Variation disputes turn on a photo taken six weeks ago on someone's personal phone. If it cannot be found, it did not happen.
