Mahoraga arm-selection latency spiked from 12ms to 480ms p95
Root cause traced to ledger compaction holding the read lock past its window. Compaction window shortened and reads moved to a separate replica. Posterior writes completed correctly during the incident; no decisions were lost.
One upstream MT5 broker terminated long-lived sessions during a maintenance window not announced in advance
Reconnect-with-backoff added to the broker adapter. Subscriber accounts were paused (no trades executed) for the duration. Master account continued trading normally on a redundant broker.
