Vendra Holdings was founded in Q2 2024 to operationalise a conviction the founding team had carried for years: the rules that govern how capital should behave have been separated from the infrastructure that governs how capital does behave.
Across multiple prior firms we watched the same failure unfold, a sound strategy, deployed under tight constraints, slowly loosened over months of good results until a regime change consumed years of compounding in a fortnight. The pattern was never the strategy. It was operator discipline degrading over time.
ACIE, our first product, removes operator discipline as a load-bearing element. The strategy proposes the orders; the operator configures the rules; between them sits a state machine with no off-switch, no holiday, and no opinion on whether today is special, and every decision it makes lands on an append-only ledger.
What began as governance infrastructure became a firm. Mahoraga applies the same discipline to adaptation, an agent that learns from its losses, on the record. Our trade-copying connector runs that discipline on our own signals, and subscribers mirror it on their own brokers, we never hold their funds. VenEdge, formally Quant Stack, brings the same validated, quantitative approach as private, self-hosted software. Four products, one standard: we would rather be audited than believed.
